  • NO CHILDREN OR PETS POLICY

    At Glam Chair Salon, we strive to provide a serene, luxurious environment for all guests. For the enjoyment of your experience and the relaxation of others, we kindly ask that children and pets are not brought to the salon. If unexpected childcare changes arise, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Children over the age of 12 are welcome to receive services at full price, provided they can remain cooperative throughout the appointment.

  • REFUND POLICY

    We do not offer refunds for services. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with your service, please notify Glam Chair Salon within seven days of your appointment, and we will work to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.

  • DEPOSITS FOR BLONDING AND COLOR CORRECTIONS

    For new clients receiving services exceeding two hours, we require a $30 deposit, which will be applied to your final service fee. Due to high demand, this deposit is non-refundable.

  • CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

    Your appointments are important to our team at Glam Chair Salon. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you cancel or make changes within 48 hours, a 50% fee of the originally scheduled service will apply. After two reschedules, you will be required to leave a 50% deposit for future bookings. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future services.

  • NO CALL/NO SHOWS

    Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge for the scheduled service.

  • CREDIT CARD ON FILE

    A credit card is required to book any long color or blonding services. If less than 48 hours' notice is provided for cancellations or changes, 50% of the service cost will be charged. For no call/no shows, 100% of the service cost will be charged.

  • APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

    As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation text 48 hours before your appointment. Please reply with "C" to confirm. If we do not receive confirmation and are unable to reach you, your appointment may be canceled, and a cancellation fee will apply. It is your responsibility to keep track of your appointment dates and times to avoid any fees.

  • TIMING YOUR APPOINTMENT

    We recommend allowing ample time to fully enjoy your appointment at Glam Chair Salon. Luxury services such as color, highlights, and blowouts can last 2-3+ hours. If you have time constraints, please consult with your stylist in advance.

  • PRICING STRUCTURE

    Service prices vary based on hair length, thickness, time required, product use, and stylist experience. Please feel free to consult with your stylist regarding pricing or schedule a consultation for a more personalized assessment.

  • EXTENSIONS

    We proudly offer premium hair extensions, including hand-tied wefts, and tape-ins, to add volume, length, or color dimension to your hair. With regular maintenance every 6-10 weeks, these extensions can be worn long-term. Schedule a consultation to explore the best options for you.

  • WI-FI & DEVICES

    Yes, we provide complimentary Wi-Fi for your convenience. Please ensure all devices are set to silent or used with headphones to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all guests.

  • GIFT CARDS

    Give the gift of luxury with a Glam Chair Salon gift card. When purchasing a gift card, you are promising an exceptional salon experience for your recipient.

  • CONSULTATIONS, COLOR CORRECTIONS & CONTRACTS

    Consultations are required for all color corrections and strongly recommended for all new color clients. A $25 consultation fee applies. Please be upfront about your hair history, including the use of any medications or prior treatments, as certain chemicals and products can interact negatively with salon services.

    Before any color correction, you must sign a color correction contract. You can print and sign it in advance or complete it at the salon. Failure to sign the contract will result in cancellation of the service, and a cancellation fee will apply.
